It is hard to believe the semester is already half-way done! Midterms are upon us, and study sessions are gearing up. So, I checked in with some Drewids to see how the semester is treating them so far.

What is the hardest part about this semester for you?
The assignments never end! I have so much homework with research and papers to do, but it is all worth it. I am so excited for graduation in January!

How has your semester been so far?
My semester is going good. I was studying in Florence [Italy] last fall, so it’s nice to be able to see the seasons changing again at Drew. My classes are going well, a little more boring than I thought they would be, but I’m making it through.

How has this semester been for you?
Very stressful. All of my classes, especially Math and French, are [challenging] to me at the moment, but I’m trying my best. I am striving for better mental health and self-care to prioritize myself and hope good grades come along with it.

Is there anything you would change about this semester?
I wish there were better structuring of club and class times because my only time to do homework is before 9:30 a.m. Besides that, my classes are going well, harder than any semester I had before though.

What do you like the most about this semester?
I love all my classes! It is hard to choose just one to be my favorite, but I would have to say Intro to Archaeology. I also love going to see what other activities and clubs the school has to offer.

How is your first semester at Drew going?
It’s actually going pretty well, it’s only my first semester, but I really like it here. I have a good roommate, met a lot of nice people and am still getting used to Commons food. My favorite class has to be American Government and Politics. I thought college was going to be a lot harder, but I’m managing it well, I think.
